Flick Sinclair is a currently enlisted soldier from Randwell. He is not known as a crime fighter, but his efforts in animal rescue and rehabilitation have earned him some minor renown in the areas of his home city. His most obvious identifier is his goat-like features.

Career

Sinclair's enlistment into the military is a recent development, as for the previous 7 years he claimed inability to serve due to various disabilities. He is currently stationed in New Chiti, where he has set up a rudimentary animal shelter in a rented warehouse.

Flick carries various types of animal (and human) treats in his pack. On missions, he also uses a whip as a weapon.

He has minor training in shooting, but he's still not very good.

General Hiss	Annoyance: ★★★★★ "Fuck this guy. Stay away from me." Flick hates him, and doesn't trust him at all. Being controlled by his venom was a horrible experience.

Flick does feel bad for mocking her so much, and he's gained some new understanding of why she is the way she is. He was objectively WORSE as a teenager, and now he's trying to be nicer, he can see that. It's kind of lame to consider a 16 year old his 'friend' though, so he's not going to push anything.

Pants is an asshole, but Flick is far more patient with animals. They'll get there.
Fridgewife	Annoyance: ★★★ "A pain in the ass at first, but I guess she's not too bad. But come on, a talking fridge?? ...Still, didn't deserve to die about it." Flick is conflicted. He feels almost uncomfortable about her death.
Marco Decatur	Annoyance: ★★★★★★ "Whatever you say." Flick doesn't WANT to disappoint him, and he did try... But no matter what, he always ended up feeling belittled and useless. Why should he try, if he'll never meet Marco's standards? If he's always going to be the delinquent who doesn't fit in? Marco embodies all of Flick's perceived failures, so of course he bristles in the general's company.
Lilou Durand	Annoyance: ★ "You can be more than this. Don't live your life under Regina's thumb if it's not what you really want. Do you really want to be on your deathbed with these regrets? Just... Think about it. Please." Flick likes Lilou. He wants to support her somehow, and convince her that she doesn't have to do what everyone says she should. Come on, Lilou. Join my unemployed band.
Vincent Noble	Annoyance: ★★★★★ "This guy... This fuckin' guy-!! How could I be so fuckin' stupid!?" Flick trusted Noble enough to confide some pretty damning secrets in him... Namely, wanting to join the Rebellion. Now, not only has he been left high and dry, he's stressed as anything about the fact that this is perfect blackmail material. He's terrified of ending up in in one of the work camps.

RAzZMATAZZ	Annoyance: ★★★★ "I thought we may have had somethin' in common, but you're just a triggerhappy maniac. Great." Flick is kind of freaked out by her. Guns? Scary.
Lexi Holland	Annoyance: ★ "Why'd you have to go and die already...? I still had questions... Damn it." Flick was curious to ask Lexi more about her experiences with prisoners inside the work camps... Too bad he'll never get the chance, now.
Jerry	Annoyance: ★★★★★★★★★ "Stay the fuck away from me, you creep. Hugging you made my skin crawl." Flick is afraid of Jerry. Not only does Jerry make him feel skeeved out and uncomfortable, but the overt threats to his life don't do him any favours.

Which is funny, because he hated them at first... But now he gets it. He actually feels understood when talking to Popcorn- Which he does feel a bit strange about. Champagne	Annoyance: - "I can't believe the project's actually got HER here... Th-That's insane. I dunno what to do with myself around her..." Flick is kinda starstruck around her, but he also feels bad for her based on what OJ has told him. He'd like to talk to her more, but he has to get over his nerves about being around a woman he's grown up watching on tv first.
Agent Cancer	Annoyance: ★★★★★ "I shared my 'gurt with you, you cunt. I dunno what the fuck Phi sees in you! I-I'll show you..." Flick is hurt by Cancer. He really was trying to form a connection, if anything because he wanted to trust Phi's judgement.
Acedia Reed	Annoyance: ★★ "...She seems fake as hell. Am I really that desperate to talk to someone??" Flick sort of wanted to connect with her, but he's a bit turned off by their initial talk. She has an air of mystery about her.
Maxine Archipelago	Annoyance: ★★★★★ "The propaganda machine has arrived." Flick has seen her perform when he was much younger, so he was a bit starstruck at first... Too bad she immediately freaked him out with the whole Randwell thing. He doesn't trust her at all, and feels like she'd turn him in at the first chance she got.
Bone Doctor	Annoyance: ★★★★★ "Pathetic before, detestable now. Loves to feel sorry for himself until someone agrees, then suddenly he's the sacrificial fuckin' lamb. I don't have any sympathy for people like him." Flick is very family oriented, so he finds Bone Doctor's actions especially detestable.
