Career

Culper joined the Cytopia Police Force in 2072 and served as a general officer until late 2077, where his application to be a licensed hero was accepted and he was moved out of his force to begin working more directly with the Cytopian government as part of the Hero Program. Congruent with this, Culper was selected to be part of a confidential "augmentation project" designed to provide some of the city's unmarked heroes with equipment and weaponry more specific to their skillsets, though there is little public information on the details of this project. Culper's cybernetic visor that was created as part of this project serves as an aid to his specialized work as a sharpshooter, though its exact functionality and enhancements have not been disclosed. While it is known that Culper frequently moves around across The Land for his full-time work as a sniper, largely remaining away from the public eye, he has been spotted on several occasions while stationed as a guard for public events and has a consistent record of assisting in the apprehension of villains and other criminal actors across the city over the years.
