General Hiss is a villain and the self-proclaimed "Supreme Leader" of the defunct intercity terrorist group SNAKE. First active in Apopka Lights during the summer of 2066 and ultimately disappearing in the fall of 2076, General Hiss has recently made a reappearance following the televising of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre, apparently attempting to revive hiss former organization.
Career
History of the Original SNAKE
Founded in the summer of 2066 by himself and hiss second-in-command officer Soldier One, SNAKE first achieved prominence several years later following their rapid growth and intercity terrorist campaign against nearby city governments. Although ultimately foiled, SNAKE would continue to prove a prominent organization for the next several years.
In light of purported internal conflict, SNAKE's stability began a rapid deterioration in the fall of 2076, with a vast majority of hired soldiers abandoning the organization and the apparent dissolution of the organization's former "High Command". Following this dissolution, General Hiss attempted a short lived career as a duo with Soldier One.
Time as a Duo
There is not much published information on this period of General Hiss' career, though it is known to have been an incredibly unsuccessful endeavor. Following hiss near arrest, Hiss receded from the public eye entirely.
Recent Resurgence
Following the televising of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre, Hiss reappeared in Apopka Lights alongside an apparently revitalized SNAKE. Most prominent of their recent actions was the attack on Stairsgirl at Heaven's Tower, where the organization terrorized the local area before being ultimately foiled by Apopkan hero Mx. Cupid.
Personal Life
Very little is known about the personal life of General Hiss, however it is heavily speculated that he lives with Soldier One within SNAKE Headquarters. Hiss has almost very rarely in public without the accompaniment of his organization, and has seemingly never removed hiss mask for anybody, including those from SNAKE.
Mark
General Hiss' mark, "Serpent Tongued", allows him to produce a saliva-based substance with similar composition to snake venom. Upon injection or skin contact with this venom, Hiss appears to possess an extreme degree of control over an individual's actions through vocal command for roughly 24 hours before the effects become negligible. In addition, it is alleged that the production of this venom is aided by the apparent modification of hiss mouth to be similar in appearance to a snake's, though no evidence has ever been produced to back this claim.
