Soldier One is a villain and the known second in command of the defunct intercity terrorist group SNAKE. First active in Apopka Lights during the summer of 2066 and ultimately disappearing in the fall of 2076, Soldier One, alongside SNAKE's leader General Hiss, has recently made a reappearance following the televising of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre, apparently attempting to revive hiss former organization.
