Doctor Vincent Noble is a New Chiti civilian known for giving medical care to anyone, regardless of wealth, politics, or alignment. Many criminals and villains who can't go to public hospitals go to his clinic instead, as well as superheros hiding their identity, and underprivileged Chitizens who can't afford service from anyone else. Patients say he's known for his accommodating nature and acting more like a family friend than a doctor. Notably, he's protected by many of the New Chiti mobs who acknowledge his service, and his clinic is neutral territory.
While primarily trained as a trauma surgeon, he has a personal interest in organ transplants, including growing exact copies out of stem cells.
Personal Life
The Doctor was born in a small village right outside the Republic of Randwell and is known to be receptive to fellow ex-pats. He got his degrees at the Draywood School of Medicine before moving to New Chiti "where the rent is lower", in a cute two bedroom one bath bungalow that doubles as his clinic.

Somewhat secretly, he's a fan of Nirvana and similar bands and would dress more 'alternative and grunge' if he had the self confidence to pull it off.
He's only mentioned it offhand, but he has a girlfriend.
