Eye Guy, aka Lisa DeLaney, is a hero from Draywood and a student attending Laurel High. She is considered to be a 'corner store savior' of sorts, well revered by small business owners for her relentless pursuit of low level scammers and petty criminals. She's slightly infamous for her boisterous attitude and intense, public hatred of Moxie Divine.
Career
It is speculated that Lisa DeLaney began her career as a hero after narrowly surviving a fire. Eye Guy's heroics blew up on a literal level when she stopped a bomb threat at the local deli in her neighborhood, using her glasses to disarm the robbers holding up the store and spot the bomb's thermal core in time before it could go off, saving a dozen civilians' lives. Since then, she has been on patrol of the city, making sure fledgling villains and teenage bullies are stopped in their tracks. Interestingly, she seems to already be the target of an arch-nemesis, The Poet, who has published a number of scathing critiques of Lisa based on their observations of her missions.
Abilities and Equipment
Eye Guy's Mark allows her to manipulate lenses to her advantage, hence her collection of specs designed for every purpose. The effect of each lense depends on its shape, tint and material, and can be stacked with other effects. Known effects and combos are outlined below.
