Lexi Holland
Lexi Holland was a parole officer operating within the Republic of Randwell for the majority of her life, utilizing her mark to watch over and rehabilitate former inmates. Her stellar military record led those within her circle to question why she would pursue such a role, but no official answer was ever documented. She was later on hired onto Project Perihelion in a contract between Randwell, Cytopia, and the Project in order to watch over Naoko Shimizu for its duration.

On May 26th, 2051, Lexi's true allegiances were discovered during the events of To Greener Pastures. In an effort to support the Randwell rebellion, she undid Morrow's sacrifice by jumping out of a speeding car with Joseph Tamanoki in tow. No body was recovered, but she was pronounced dead by those who were there to see what happened.

Abilities and Gear
Cage of Apathy, at its strongest, allows Lexi to impose a ten foot diameter force field around any object or person within sixty feet. However, this force field is only as strong as her lack of emotion. Any heightened emotion will decrease the strength, diameter, and range of her ability depending on how strongly felt it is.
