Dr. Chimera, A.K.A Kailani Mirabelle (May 7th, 2028), is a supervillain, animal rights activist, and biologist from the Republic of Randwell.
Career
Dr. Chimera first debuted on the 19th of July, 2061 as the frontwoman for a luxury veterinary clinic producing genetically and surgically modified pets in Apopka Lights. During the 3 years that the clinic was in business, it attracted an increasingly villainous clientele until, in 2064, it closed permanently.
A year later, on May 7th, 2065, Dr. Chimera raided the Apopkan Jeweller’s Guild and allegedly sold many of the pieces at auction on the black market. Following this, she became a regular figure among Apopka’s up and coming villains. Her activities were split between more conventional crimes such as theft and vandalism, and ideologically motivated attacks in which she targeted primarily those she viewed as exploiting or abusing animals. In interviews conducted at the time, she made a sharp delineation between villainy for work, and villainy for pleasure.
In 2071, Dr. Chimera took a leave of absence from villainy and moved back to the Republic of Randwell. She cited the need to be away from the spotlight to return to her roots and reconnect with what was really important to her. By the end of the year, her activities resumed, but remained infrequent.
Abilities and Gear
Dr. Chimera is always accompanied by one or more animal companions, who she refers to as her friends. These companions are genetically or surgically modified to suit her aims, and often marked. Notable examples include: ‘Dolly’, a leucistic mountain lion with two heads; and ‘Bella’, a crocodile-dog hybrid equipped with a lightweight ceramic exoskeleton.

Okay so like she's this evil unmarked scientist that does fucked up mutant animal experiments (hence the name) with crazy rainbow hair and piercings and has an epic supervillain lair with fake lava and a huge collection of superhero/villain memorbilia and her own clone and she bought three cases of CY-009 research materials from Godot.
we dont really know what she was doing with it though. also we killed like half her animals during Seven Ate Nine and Flick took one home
