Troubleshooter, aka Toshiro Shinohara is a engineer and supervillain from Cytopia. He was arrested in 2075, and recently broke out of Cytopian prison in 2081.

Career

Toshiro Shinohara began his career as a lowly mechanic on the outskirts of Cytopia. He was pulled into the underworld of drag racing as a mechanic for tech-ing out cars in a completely unsafe but kickass way. After he caused the death of a prominent underground racer with one of his tricked cars, he seemingly disappeared from the scene entirely.

A couple years later, in 2070, he re-emerged as a wonderboy tech CEO of A.Sim. Corporation, a virtual reality tech company. He seemed to have scrubbed his record clean, but when heroes found out his past he lashed out in a very public way. Still, he tried to keep up the appearance that he was a well-mannered and good-meaning CEO, but his evil plot to mind control Cytopia through his virtual reality tech and assimilate them into his 'techno-conscious' was discovered, and he was forced to go ahead with it early. Due to this, and the help of Cytopian heroes, his plan was foiled, and he was arrested and sent to prison.

In 2081, he broke out of a major Cytopian prison breaks, one of the worst in recent history.

Abilites and Gear

Troubleshooter's mark, 'Techno-Lichen', allows him to assimilate tech into his own body, effectively becoming a cyborg. This may allow him a better innate understanding of technology and mechanics, which is what led him down his path to be an engineer.

Trivia

  • Troubleshooter kept his Mark hidden for as long as he could when he was in public eye, even as an underground mechanic.
