Valentine Valiente is a lawyer based in New Chiti. He is one half of Valiente & Knightley, a New Chiti law firm known for representing Marked individuals and those harmed by superhero activity. His practice is notorious for really bending the constraints of the law in order to win cases, which causes him to be scorned by other lawyers. However, he's always used his sleazy tactics to help those the justice system seems to scorn, so he's beloved by the community.
Career
Valiente graduated with a degree in law and passed the bar exam to become a lawyer at the age of 27. He started his first firm, Prinz & Valiente, with his law school friend Gregory Prinz. Both of them believed in the betterment of New Chiti through the law, and it was during this time Valiente was considered a very by-the-books lawyer. After the tragic passing of his firm partner in 2070, Valiente dissolved their firm and went solo. This is when he started gaining his reputation for being a sleazy lawyer. He soon started up his second law firm Valiente & Knightley with an up-and-coming lawyer who had recently graduated law school Jules Knightley.
Personal Life
Valiente was born and raised in the Pawny borough of New Chiti. He has chronic pain stemming from an injury that almost paralyzed him in his youth. On ocassion he will use mobility devices such as canes or wheelchairs to get around on days when the pain is worse, and sometimes he'll need nothing.

Valiente is a trained lawyer, and is skilled in the courtroom. He possess sharp street-smarts from growing up in New Chiti.

- Valiente has a signature breakfast order of an everything bagel with bacon, egg, cheese, and cream cheese on it.
