Regina Aquamarina Berndtsson is the current Premiere of the Republic of Randwell for over 80 years. Berndtsson's mark has made her eternally 21, and rumor has it many other abilities (theories include laser eyes, super-intellect, telekinesis, and a good fashion sense). She is known for her cheery disposition, which her detractors say "gets adoration from the naive and fear from the wary". Nonetheless, a majority of Randwell's population support her, and subscribe to her strong vision of a united future.
Career
She's the Premiere, and under her guidance, Randwell turned from an idyllic town to a true empire. She believes by uniting the Land, infighting, petty differences, selfish disagreements over ownership and profit can be set aside as everyone realizes that together is better. She has many ideas for what 'the best possible Land' looks like and has invested heavily in clean nuclear energy, agricultural initiatives to end food insecurity, defense, and propaganda citizen satisfaction!
Personal Life
Many biographies have been written about Regina from various perspectives, some say the negative takes are heresy, some say the positive takes are propaganda. It's difficult to find a consistent narrative to her life before and during her rise to power. One thing that has been verified is she was a chemistry student in a Randwellian university when the Flare hit. Another thing is she is currently single.

Regina Berndtsson can do anything. There have vast, conflicting accounts about her mark and it's versatility has been heavily documented. If there is a common superpower you could imagine her having, she's been shown to be capable of it. She is often seen in uniform and heels. Sometimes reading glasses.

She has her own Barbie-style toy line.
As she got her mark before people knew what marks were or named them, there is no official standard name, and each city state calls it something different. Apopka Lights calls it "Forever 21", New Chiti calls it "Blue Rinse", Draywood calls it "Queen of All Trades" or "Eclipser", and Cytopia calls it "The Divine Body". In Randwell, it's just referred to casually as 'Regina's mark'. Regina herself says she has a name for it, though she "doesn't want to be self centered and share it", and prefers letting other people name it.
Was once rivals with King of Marks, Cecil Allrich, and had taken the credit for defeating him after his mysterious and sudden disappearance.
