Phillip "Flipswitch" Li is a bounty hunter and hero based in Draywood. He's only a recently-discovered hero, and often travels farther than the city he's based in to capture criminals. He's well known for avidly liveblogging his hero escapades, despite the covert nature of his job. He is one of the survivors of Penumbra's Parley Massacre.
Career
After working as an informant for the Cytopia Police Force, Phillip realized his passion for heroism and moved to Draywood to strike it up as a bounty hunter. He was an up-and-coming hero with many successful bounties under his belt before the parley. Notably, he let a lot of bounties escape during monologues after their capture. During the Parley, it was revealed he along with Dee Kelsey were assigned the role that 'confirmed executions', which isn't a good look no matter how he tries to phrase it. After stopping Moxie, he's moved from Draywood and maintained surprising media silence. He was last seen in Orisa.
Personal Life
Born in Cytopia to Lys and Joshua Abel, he graduated valedictorian of his high school and studied Political Science at CyU, before being expelled for plagiarism. He committed petty crimes with other stoners and drop-outs before being arrested and subsequently trying out hero work.
In Draywood, due to his inconsistent Bounty Hunter schedule, he never managed to keep a day job for longer than a month.
Abilities and Gear
Flipswitch's Mark "Peek-a-boo" allows him to turn invisible, along with anything he touches, such as clothes. He can usually turn himself and up to two other people at a time, for fifteen minutes. He describe it to be something like "holding your breath" or "tensing your muscles" where it's painful the longer you do it. He also carries a taser and a tranquilizer gun everywhere.
