Commander Randy aka Randall Dahlberg is a military commander and hero from the Republic of Randwell. He is the leader of the popular mulit-color superhero team UniTeam, and represents the color red. He's most famous for his role within the team. He has done a lot of televised PSAs and guest speaking at school assemblies.
