A popular soldier in Randwell's Military, and a devoted supporter of Regina. Though young, he has rapidly risen the ranks to the title of Captain, becoming a beloved figure capable of wooing the crowds. Despite this, he hasn't gotten lost in the fame, and has said that his first priority will always be Randwell's glory.

Career

Bullet enlisted into the Randwellian Army soon after turning 18 as part of his mandated marked service, but remained within their ranks following the usual two years. He is known for his charm, wit, and ability to connect to the civilians, as well as the lengths he has gone to ensure their safety. Soldiers under his command have spoken of his affable nature.

In recent years, Bullet has become a significant figure in the hunt for rebels, participating in and leading over five successful raids on rebel bases.

Personal Life

Bullet comes from the semi-remote farming community of Wheatside, were he grew up assisting in his parents' fruit farming business. He has stated that he developed his incredible aim from this young age, practicing shooting rotten apples off of fence posts.

Mark

Digit Artillery allows the user to shoot a genuine bullet from the tip of either index finger without causing damage to the skin aside from slight heating. Gloves can hinder the firing process, and for this reason, Bullet wears fingerless gloves as part of his Randwellian uniform.

There are an unlimited amount of 'bullets' that can be manifested, and they can only be fired if the user motions in a finger gun type action.

The mark has no influence over the user's aim, and this is a skill that must be personally developed.
