History
Founded by Led Kelly in Maday, the Bushrangers got their start as any other gang within New Chiti. Their criminal acts started out fairly tame, mostly pertaining to extortion and territory control like any other gang in the area. This all changed when, acting upon her own accord, The Peregrine of Parity joined the gang's ranks to sneak up and murder Led Kelly in a covert assassination. Since then, the group became violent and vengeful, not once tamed by their newly crowned leader, Willamina Ruskin.
In 2071, there was a horrific battle between the Bushrangers and Sisyphus's Mob, one that left the gang of ex-mils bloodied and defeated. Since then, they've been an adamant thorn in the mob's side, terrorizing and even sabotaging Sisyphus's power whenever they're given the opportunity.
As of recently, the Bushrangers have only increased their output of attacks. Several of Sisyphus-owned businesses were set ablaze in a city-wide firebombing, a courthouse was targeted for a small-arms invasion, and they even attempted to kidnap Joseph Tamanoki while he was being held captive by the Randwellian Rebellion. While the first two events certainly show their desire to branch out of Maday, the latter ambition is still yet to be figured out.
Relations
The Bushrangers are friends with almost nobody. They strike at random, not caring if an ally or civilian gets caught in the crossfire. Sisyphus's Mob is their biggest threat, having lost several of their ranks to the massacre years ago. Other gangs in the area either stay away from bloody gang, or ignore them all together.
