Richard 'Dick' Dover is a New Chiti repairman and mechanic, and owner of Dick's Autoshop Repairs.
Career
Dover has operated Dick's Autoshop Repairs since 2059, and while he hires contractors on for specialist work, he primarily operates with a small team of loyal mechanics, and handles important or delicate jobs primarily on his own. He also runs the workshops provided on weekends, and exclusively manages car repairs, due to a personal passion for vehicles.
Personal Life
The eldest child of the Dover family, Dover has led a relatively unremarkable personal life, living in Empress since he was born. He remains unmarried, and a foster father to one young daughter. He also, allegedly, has a younger brother, who has not been regularly seen in New Chiti for over 20 years.
