Nine Lives is a hacker and villain from Cytopia. She is known for her hit-and-run tactics and her tech gun that can render most Cytopian technology completely useless with a computer virus of her own design. She is in the top 10 of most wanted villains in Cytopia. She was one of the survivors of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre, alongside one of its designers.
