The Toymaker, aka Jackson Teller, is a villain based in Apopka Lights. He rose to notoriety in the fall of 2074 when he orchestrated a series of elaborate murders across Apopka Lights using various traps and toys of his own creation. He has been stopped and captured by Spades, his self-proclaimed arch nemesis, but that seems to never be permanent.
Villain Career
Teller began his career with serial killing, but he has been known to dabble in terrorism, high treason, impersonation, grand larceny, petty theft, torture, kidnapping, holding hostages, smuggling, vandalism, brainwashing, weapons dealing, mass arson, blackmail, stalking, breaking and entering, jailbreaking, forgery, fraud, sabotage, and jaywalking.
Although a lot of his schemes have been countered by his arch nemesis, Spades, he still remains a scourge of Apopka Lights. He is known for extremely elaborate machinations which seem to take a large amount of time to set up, and playing games with his prey. It is reported that his motives are unknown and thus makes him completely unpredictable.
Recently, Spades has turned villainous in response to one of Teller’s crimes. Spades and Teller were both last seen at Solstice General Hospital, in the heart of Apopka City, where the police nearly stopped Spades from killing Teller. After some confusion, it seems like the pair has just disappeared entirely.
Personal Life
Jackson Teller was born on April 25th, 2050. As a kid, he always loved toys and games. He grew up a bit of a prodigy with engineering. What captured his fancy more than anything was superheroes and villains. Not having a mark, though, he felt that the next thing was building gadgets, which he was extremely good at.
After graduating college early, he was immediately hired for Puzzlemania Inc., one of the leading toy companies in the world, and it was also based in Apopka. He was their lead toy designer for two years before he was fired for having too wild ideas and too eccentric a personality. That is what immediately caused him to turn to a life of crime.
Abilities and Gear
As a non-marked individual, Teller relies on his immaculate skills for inventing gizmos that more often than not are extremely fatal. Teller seems to like bombs the most, but has made every type of machine that could kill someone you could think of. Most, if not all, of his weapons are toy themed, or at the very least highly stylized from someone who comes with a background in design.

- Teller is an avid collector of vintage beanie babies. He is known for always bringing around Amber the gold tabby cat from 1999.
- He is known to take trophies from each victim, usually in the form of a toy of some sort.
