Fernando "Nando" de Cortés y Guerrero, known formerly as his villain persona The Jeanman, was a private eye and hero from New Chiti, though operated as a bandit and villain in Draywood. He was the brother of Levi de Cortés y Guerrero. He was one of the victims of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre.
