Raine Beaumont is the most popular weatherperson in Cytopia, known for her adorable outfits and zany personality. She’s an avid stormchaser, and although all weather in Cytopia is controlled, that doesn’t stop her from prancing between tornados and snowstorms. Her infectious and genuine enthusiasm causes people who don’t really care for the daily weather reports to tune in and become invested it.
