Lucas "Scoops" Berth is a Cytopian police officer apart of the Cytopia Hero Program. He was once a reporter who worked on CNN, who eventually shifted to full time hero work. He's still well known within the city, and is a trusted face of the police when it comes to reporting on various crimes and villain attacks that have just occurred.
He's also well known for dating Raine Beaumont for the past few years, but the two announced that they had broken up sometime in the fall of last year.
