Nestled between Eclipse Range and the shoreline, Lake Summer is a dangerously vast lake, more akin to an inland sea. The edges are mainly populated by party yachts and fishing boats, and disguised villain lairs.

The Vault

An open secret is the nigh impenetrable Lake Summer's Vault, "off shore banking" for the wealthy elite, in an underwater compound at the center of the lake built by the Raptures themselves. If the riptides don't get you, the trained sharks might. To even open an account you need to 'know' the right people and have influence or assets worth protecting, because it sure isn't cheap. As it is considered Mecca for thieves, it's exact coordinates are a carefully guarded secret, many claiming employees are forced to take anti-memetics to keep the location from leaking.
