Cross Oil is a rich and influential company that explores for, extracts, and refines oil and other natural resources. While upper management is based in Apopka Lights, they prospect for reservoirs all over the Land, and have butted heads with the Janitors and Tamanoki Environment Corporation as a result. Still, they somehow always seem to get their way.
