Boy Smiley™ is a musician and current president of Apopka Lights.
Career
Boy Smiley™ started off as a member of the boy band Smiley and the Sadness™. As the group grew to fame, so did he, and soon picked up a sponsorship from Clip'n'Snip Office Supplies, who he remains the spokesperson of to this day.
Boy Smiley™ began his campaign to be the president of Apopka Lights during the election of 2076. Although at it beginnings it seemed to be just a publicity stunt to promote his solo album, it soon took off and won him the election. He is running for re-election this year.
His detractors claim that he "has no real power" and is "just a puppet figurehead for corporations to bribe".
