Mary Tesseract was a diplomat and hero based in the Republic of Randwell. She was very highly-renowned in Randwell as being an "expert in international relations and a perceptive negotiator" and having "significant impact on the peace of the Land". Her tactics included gaining intellligence from meetings with supervillains and negotiating compromises to prevent conflict. A lot of her success has been attributed to her Mark, Crystal Clarity, which gives her perfect memory. She was one of the victims of the Penumbra's Parley Massacre.
