Also known as the MIA, the Mark Index Association is responsible naming and cataloguing of all Marks in Cytopia. They're handling the recent rollout of mandatory mark registration for all visitors. They also support research into a more comprehensive understanding of marks. They claim no association with Pestläkare and the development of CY-009.
