Lodestar Peak is a mountain within the Eclipse Range, most notable for its utilisation as the location of The Gökada's commune.
History
Lodestar Peak was entirely unoccupied until 2074, when the commune of The Gökada was built along the sides of the mountain and in the valley below. All members of The Gökada live there, and only typically leave for missionary work.
Current Status
Due to its isolated nature, little is known about the current status of the Lodestar Peak commune. The Gökada are entirely self-sufficient, so contact with the outside world is sparse. Stories about the commune vary wildly, from reports of fulfilling and comfortable lives to rumours of sacrificial deaths and extreme sleep schedules. Little information is known about daily practices. The location, despite its remote nature, is open for visitors and converts, though few visitors actually return.
The cult has a commune at Lodestar Peak, utilising both the mountain and its nearby valley, within the Eclipse Range. The cult are entirely self-sufficient, and, according to missionaries, live comfortable and self-actualised lives. The cult makes no attempts to hide their location, and in fact actively encourage visitors and converts through their missionaries. Few reports have come back about the current state of affairs at the commune.
