Kennedy Aeronautics is an aeronautics facility and blacksite in the Republic of Randwell. Little is publicly known about what is done there other than it being an associated branch of the Lunaris Interstellar Research Center. External (non-Randwellian) opinion assumes a multitude of possibilities, the top one being the maker of tech that rivals Cytopia’s, a secret prison, or a torture chamber.
In PENTANARCHY Act 1 - End of the Line, Kennedy Aeronautics information was found by The Merchant in a briefcase owned by the late Dr. Constantine Picard. While most information was blacked out the location of the facility and the note 'keeping them there?' was uncensored.
