Criminal activities

Balthazar has been causing trees to sprout in the least ideal locations of Randwell for unknown reasons. He has been doing this for at least a decade^{[citation needed]}, remaining somewhat in the shadows with limited public exposure. Name, appearance, measurements, birth date, mark details and various life details are all unknown due to the lack of information surrounding him. Given the lack of severity with its crimes, he largely remains un-sought after.^{[citation needed]}

Balthazar's Mark "You're a Birch!"^{[citation needed]} gives him the power of trees and other foliage. Able to grow trees from the ground and surrounding, make use of sharp projectile leaves, draw roots out from the ground and other such abilities he uses to be a nuisance growing plants all over Randwell.^{[citation needed]}
