Lily Nissan is a prominent anti-mark personality from Draywood. Following her release from prison late 2080, she has made multiple TV appearances discussing both her deceased daughter, Pestläkare, and her ex-partner Henrik Rosen.

Conviction

Nissan was arrested in 2070 following an investigation into claims made by concerned neighbours that her daughter hadn't been seen for an extended period of time. Despite Nissan claiming that Pestläkare- Hereby referred to as Elsa- suffered a dangerous illness that prevented her from having contact with the outside world, neighbours reported various discrepancies in these statements and alerted authorities.

Draywood authorities determined that Nissan had been intentionally fabricating her daughter's illness through manipulative and physical means, and was thus arrested and sentenced to 10 years within a state penitentiary for one account of child abuse. Elsa was placed in a group home facility following her removal from the home.

Career

Since her release, Nissan has made multiple public appearances on both Dray and Apopkan daily talk shows. Topics range from stories of her incarceration, her daughter Elsa, to daily topics such as makeup or style. She has recently signed on with Apopkan fashion studio 'Herbe à Puce' as a model, and has hinted on her Quack account that she's soon to release a book about Elsa's childhood and her own incarceration.

Her appearances have contributed to the negative public opinion of Henrik Rosen, ex partner and father of her child. She has stated on multiple occasions that he was neglectful, cruel, and that he left her during her pregnancy to be with another woman. She attributes her arrest to his wrongful influence, and blames Elsa's actions on his parenting.

She has recently moved to Apopka Lights on a permanent basis.
