'''Mollie Divine''' (born 5 June 2060), known professionally as ‘'''Moxie''',’ is a villain and e-celebrity from Draywood. He was one of the perpetrators of the [[Penumbra's Parley Massacre]]. His current whereabouts are unknown, but authorities from Cytopia and Draywood have stated that he was taken into custody and is currently imprisoned within a high security Cytopian facility awaiting trial.

Moxie founded Heropedia in 2073 but was removed from his position as an administrator following his arrest.

Heropedia was founded April 18th 2073 by Moxie and Dark_ness, both 13 at the time. Moxie wrote most of the site’s content while Dark_ness is credited with “any web code that actually did what it was supposed to”. When Heropedia migrated to its current web host in 2076 large amounts of data were lost (such as edit history, user accounts, and blog posts), making this period difficult to document.

The migration caused a significant increase in traffic, and in October of that same year Heropedia received unprecedented attention for breaking several stories about Draywood’s fledgling superhero coalition The Youngbloods. They claimed the group had been mistreated by its management. The articles came before any concrete proof and were mostly based on circumstantial evidence. Tabloids perpetuated the rumors and the resulting gossip reflected poorly on Heropedia as the originator. However, reputable news organizations soon picked up the story and managed to confirm all of Heropedia’s claims, even those which were purely theoretical.

Subsequent articles solidified Heropedia’s reputation as a trusted source of news and information. Stories were usually the first of their kind and each marked a clear improvement in the founder’s journalistic skills, by the end of 2077 articles without substantial evidence ceased to be published. However, the era of almost pre-cognizant speculation had captured the imagination of many fans. Their dedication was instrumental to the site's explosive popularity from that point onwards.

In an announcement posted 27 March 2078 Moxie revealed his identity and discussed the future of Heropedia. He disclosed that the site made enough revenue that he’d be able to dedicate his full time and energy to it.

Since then Heropedia has more than doubled its output and become one of the most widely used and trusted sources of hero-related news and information. Its large fanbase and nature as a community wiki mean that many traditional news outlets or less popular projects have trouble keeping up.

=== 2080 Peace Summit & Imprisonment ===

In August of 2080 Moxie was invited to Penumbra’s Parley to document events at the peace summit. Witnesses said that on September 7th he appeared to have died after an explosion buried him in rubble, however, in actuality he survived and went on to manipulate events at the parley from behind the scenes. On September 22nd he revealed this and made his debut as a villain, which was broadcast live from the parley. He forced the survivors to fight him for control of Lifespring. He was defeated and taken into custody by Apopkan authorities, who arrived on the scene first.

== Controversy and Fandom ==

Heropedia’s fans have drawn criticism over the years for their fanaticism and Moxie for not making any attempts to discourage it. Hero chasers have rallied around the site, instances of civilians putting themselves in harm's way to document/observe heroes and villains in action rose significantly after the emergence of the fandom. It’s a well observed fact that many heroes will avoid anyone approaching them wearing Heropedia branded merchandise. Allegedly many heroes actively dislike the site and its fans, but fear the potential backlash they’d face for expressing it.

Moxie’s mark, Eye of God, enables him to see out of any identical symbol. Heropedia’s logo and branding heavily incorporated depictions of Eye of God.

Spades is a vigilante and villain from [[Apopka Lights]]’ Modern Sector. He began his career as a vigilante hero, first active during the summer of 2072. Public opinion has declined in response to increasingly anti-social behavior in the execution of his duty, especially in his ongoing feud with [[The Toymaker|Jackson “The Toymaker” Teller]]. Spades’ mark, ‘Me, Myself, I,’ gives him the power to inhabit and control the bodies of others.

He is currently wanted by Apopkan authorities for charges of: kidnapping, identity theft, aggravated assault, and murder. The investigation is ongoing.

Before Jackson Teller’s supervillain persona ‘The Toymaker’ broke into the mainstream, he committed a string of murders in the latter half of 2074 which attracted Spades’ attention. Much of the evidence linking The Toymaker to Jackson Teller, provided anonymously to Apopkan Police, was later discovered to have originated from Spades. Teller subsequently became a full-time supervillain and named Spades his arch-nemesis.

Spades’ involvement with such a high profile supervillain granted him national attention. His popularity never made him a celebrity hero, but after 2074 he began to take on more conventional hero work due to his visibility.

His dedication to bringing The Toymaker to justice soon became his main focus. Their feud was initially defined by Teller’s bombastic style. His plans culminated in elaborate public stunts, separated by long periods of preparation. Spades followed this pattern, only making sparse appearances between Teller’s. He successfully fought for the complete disruption of many otherwise deadly schemes, sometimes before they came to fruition. In 2078 he facilitated Teller’s brief arrest and imprisonment. Their relationship was described as a “compelling mutual obsession” that “captured the hearts and minds of Apopka” by Apopka’s ‘Capes, Capes, Capes!’ magazine.

2080 saw a sharp decline in Spades’ heroic conduct following a confrontation with The Toymaker. The exact nature of this confrontation is unknown, though Teller described it briefly as a “mistake.”

This ultimately led to the death of two civilian hosts and the kidnapping of a comatose patient to escape arrest at Solstice General hospital, where he was interrupted in the process of trying to murder The Toymaker. Both escaped and remain in hiding.

Zap! is a hero of unknown identity and origins. First seen in [[Draywood]], Zap! has appeared in each of [[The Land]]’s major cities, sightings usually coincide with exceptionally destructive attacks or disasters. Zap! is able to control electricity, the specifics of this power are unknown. No name or description of their mark is available

== Career ==

Due to the care obviously being taken by Zap! and their associates to prevent information spreading, very little is known with certainty. Many fans theorize that they were active for several months prior, however, due to the nature of the evidence they cite, this is hard to prove. The theory that Zap! has a working relationship with Draywood vigilante [[Shrike]] is also yet to be substantiated, but eyewitness accounts frequently circulate on social media.

== Abilities & Gear ==

Though certainly electricity based, the exact nature and rules of Zap!’s mark are heavily debated. Cytopia has not yet made an official TENET ruling.

Zap! is always seen in the same jacket and goggles, carrying a sword made from what appears, at least superficially, to be crystal or glass. No costuming specialists or makers catering to the hero community have claimed responsibility for their outfit or gear.
