As a member of the DMHA, Bleeding Heart is primarily tasked with both fixing heroes after battles, and treating civilians who get hurt. He also takes on smaller cases of more mundane natures, including treating multiple long term patients.

Most notable of which was [[Princess Disaster|Princess Delen Penrose]], who later revealed herself to be the villain Princess Disaster. Bleeding Heart was treating the 'curse' caused by a Marked villain's attack that Penrose and several other of Bleeding Heart's patients had survived. The Mark's curse has since been completely cured.

Bleeding Heart has had significant success with merchandising, most notably a line of plushies of his image made by [[The Merchant]]. As Princess Disaster, Penrose was equipped with a set of Cytopian-built power armor giving her extra strength, sharp blades, and the ability to detect weakpoints. Said power armor has since been confiscated, and an investigation is being held on who the supplier could be.
== Attempted Takeover ==
On the 2nd of September, 2080, Penrose lead an attack against King Thomas Cain II and the congress. According to notes found at Penrose's residence, the plan was originally to strike at a later date, but was acted on early due to the government's attention being focused on the [[Penumbra's Parley Massacre]]. Penrose gave a lengthy speech during the attack, discussing the royal family, voicing anti-mark sentiments, and saying what she would do in power.

Ridley stopped her attack, and additional heroes arrived on the scene and apprehended the team of villains.

The royal family has been in debate on if the Penroses should be excommunicated from royalty in the way the Abels were in the past.

== Career ==
Crime and Punishment started their villainous career together. They specialize in money driven crime with a dash of violence, primarily bank robbery, burglary, and ransoms. Despite their long list of attempted and successful heists, they remain generally unknown villains. This is most likely due to the small scale crimes that they pull off, at least in comparision to the far larger villain affairs in Draywood. Their most well known act of villainy was when Crime dropped a young child over the side of a building in 2066 to distract heroes from a robbery Punishment was committing at the [[Central Museum]]. While her escape was successful, the heist was not. The two were eventually captured, marking the first time they were successfully caught. They served their sentence for 3 months before breaking out of prison.

They are still active villains today, but their list of arrests has gradually overtaken successes, and sightings of the two have become rarer.

Crime and Punishment have been known to carry guns, knives, crowbars, hammers, and baseball bats as weapons. When carrying out a robbery they're always spotted using large bags with a printed dollar sign on them to store valuables.
